Washington Park Townhomes is a neighborhood revitalization project on the northside of Milwaukee. Formerly a paint manufacturer site, vacant and what was an eye-sore is now a vibrant neighborhood. Advanced Restoration did the excavation and grading on this project helping create 40, two-and-three bedroom townhomes for low-income families.
