What was once a historic church in the Kilbourn Town neighborhood of Milwaukee, St. James 1868 is the adaptive reuse and transformation into an event center. Exterior masonry was tuckpointed, in addition to the newly built elevator shaft and system. Several historical organizations were involved during the project to ensure the structural integrity, character and charm of the building was maintained.
