The Muskego School Apartments offering brand-new 1 & 2-bedroom senior apartments, is the historic renovation and adaptive reuse of what was previously known as Muskego Elementary School. Exterior tuckpointing of all elevations, masonry saw-cutting to create new openings, new sealant for control joints, and cleaning of the exterior masonry to preserve the buildings historic integrity. In addition to new interior CMU walls, new construction consisted of excavating and grading for the development of 18 brand-new 3-bedroom townhouses and parking garages, all finished with beautiful stone veneer further adding to the charm and character of the development. The community is conveniently located close to healthcare facilities, numerous shopping options, public parks and lakes, with on-site amenities consisting of a community room, and business and fitness centers.
