Berlin, Wisconsin’s former school building featuring 40-units is the result of the adaptive reuse into what is now known as the Historic Berlin Apartments. Affordable workforce housing in what was once both a high school and middle school, the building continues to serve the community in a much needed way. The exterior masonry was completely washed to remove years of staining, and tuckpointed to preserve this historic building with all of its charm. In addition to housing, additional amenities include: a business center, exercise room, underground parking, on-site management office, and the historic gym restoration into a community center.
