Advanced Restoration was contracted by The Equity Group to complete exterior masonry restoration on all elevations of the property. Working with a structural engineer from the city of Milwaukee to ensure everything was repaired to code and structurally sound. The facade inspection and entire project was completed off of a swing-stage over the timeline of several months. The building was tuckpointed, damaged caulk joints were cut-out and replaced, and window steel lintels were inspected and repaired as needed. The large east side property that overlooks Lake Michigan, along with several others, was recently purchased for over $15 million dollars adding to the portfolio of Katz Properties.
