This former MPS school, built in 1903 is a rehabilitation into senior living apartments. Once built for the younger generation, 37th Street School apartments will now serve as quality housing for the older generation to reside. This project restored many of the building’s historical features, creating updated apartments meeting all necessary ADA requirements.
